ISOeyes updates the old light box with new upright chart inserts

The old blackchart inserts have, among other things, not the required LogMAR measurement units

Over the years, many doctors and nurses have acquired vision charts - light boxes with vision chart fronts which no longer meet the Danish Health Authority's guidelines regarding, among other things, chart structure, measurement units and sizes of optotypes used. By replacing the chart fronts in the light boxes, these defects are rectified.

Replacement charts have so far been produced for the version of the light boxes that measure 39×62 cm.

COMBI REPLACEMENT PANEL INSERTS
for the 39x62cm light box

Combicharts are equipped with both adult and child optotypes on the same chart.
This avoids switching between adult and children's charts.

The combi sight chart inserts are supplied in 3 meter versions.
Equipped with the measurement units: Fraction, Decimal, LogMAR and VAR score.
Installed as a replacement for the outdated charts that sit in many light boxes.

SINGLE REPLACEMENT PANEL INSERTS
for the 39x62cm light box

The single sight chart inserts are supplied in 3 or 6 meter versions.
Equipped with the measurement units: Fraction, Decimal, LogMAR and VAR score.
Installed as a replacement for the outdated charts that sit in many light boxes.

Test distances of 3 and 6 meters

The sight chart insert for the 45×45 panel can be supplied as a standard 3 meter chart insert, but can also be produced calibrated at all distances between 3 and 5 metres. So it's a chart that fits any clinic room - and never needs to be recalculated!

ISOeyes lives up to
“The Golden Standard”

The 39 x 62 charts from ISOeyes meet internationally recognized basic geometric principles for the construction of vision charts and optotypes. However, we can state that the often unevenly distributed light in the old light box does not quite meet today's requirements. The new chart insert does not correct that. If that problem is to be eliminated, you must instead choose ISOeye's sight chart panel and chart inserts.

ISO 8596 and the Danish Health Authority

The chart structure is partially in accordance with ISO 8596 and the National Chart of Health's newest guidelines on the use of a logarithmic scale and construction with the crowding effect "the inverted pyramid".
